ECSRC Secretariat

The operations of the Commission are conducted through an independent Secretariat, which is staffed by ECCB staff members who are assigned to the ECSRC in accordance with the terms of a ´Letter of Agreement for Provision of Advisory and Administrative Services” between the two institutions.

The Chief Executive Officer, who is recommended by the ECCB and approved by the Commission, is responsible for the day-to-day management of the ECSRC Secretariat. The ECSRC Secretariat is divided functionally (as shown below) to achieve the ECSRC mandate with staff who are fully dedicated to the work of the Commission.
