ECSRC Annual Reports

The Eastern Caribbean Securities Regulatory Commission Agreement, 2000 requires the Eastern Caribbean Securities Regulatory Commission (ECSRC) to prepare a statement of its accounts for each financial year, including an income and expenditure account, and balance sheet. These accounts are required to be audited and the auditor’s report and the statement of accounts are required to be submitted to the Monetary Council. Additionally, the ECSRC is required to submit annual reports to the Monetary Council on its activities not later than three months after the end of each financial year.
