The objective of the programme is to familiarise participants with the principles and operations of the ECSM; and to prepare prospective market participants for the ECSM Certification Examination. Bio:

Ms Verline Damisse, is an Administrative/Human Resource Professional with over 10 years’ experience in Administration/Human Resource within varying industries. Ms Damisse holds a Master of Science in Human Resource Management and Training, obtained from the University of Leicester, and a Bachelor of Science in Management from the St George´s University, Grenada. She joined the ECSRC Secretariat team in June 2019.
